Hot Foil Stamping Process
The core process of this product is hot foil stamping (not ink-printed imitation gold). Metal foil is attached via high-temperature hot pressing, giving the finished product a genuine metallic feel and high-gloss metallic luster-non-fading, non-peeling, and abrasion-resistant. Supports partial foil stamping, LOGO foil stamping, border / text foil stamping, and all-over foil stamping. Custom orders require AI vector files (fonts converted to outlines). Minimum recommended foil line width is ≥0.2mm. Overly thin fonts and complex cutout patterns are prone to bridging and should be avoided in design.

Process Risk Warnings
Foil stamping is a hot-pressing process; extremely small fonts and ultra-thin lines are prone to bridging, so they are not recommended in design.
Slight color differences may exist between computer / mobile screens and the actual product, which falls within the normal process range.
Large-area tiny cutout complex patterns cannot be perfectly foil-stamped; avoid them in advance during the design phase.
