Aluminum Foil Self-sealing Bags

Nuts become soft and damp, milk powder clumps, spices taste off… These problems are mostly due to either defective products or packaging that fails to block light, air, and moisture. Aluminum foil self-sealing bags don't have any fancy features; their core and most practical function is simply to keep out anything that could affect quality.

Aluminum foil self-sealing bags don't rely on gimmicks, but on their structure. We commonly use a PET/AL/PE three-layer composite; for goods requiring higher moisture and oxidation protection, we upgrade to a PET/AL/PA/PE four-layer composite. Although the middle aluminum foil layer is only 7–12 microns thick, its light-blocking rate is close to 100%, oxygen transmission is almost zero, and water vapor transmission is below 0.01 g/m²·day. This level of barrier properties can significantly extend the shelf life of delicate goods like coffee beans, tea, milk powder, and nuts.

For ordinary dry goods, snacks, and powders, three layers of PET/AL/PE are sufficient flexible, stable, and cost-effective. If you're packing bone-in meat, nuts, or even products with sharp edges, adding a layer of PA nylon instantly elevates the quality, making it more puncture-resistant, shock-resistant, and compression-resistant, virtually preventing breakage or leakage during transport. We control the thickness between 80–150μm, with the standard 100μm. It feels substantial but not stiff, and you can tell it's reliable just by handling it.

We use interlocking self-sealing zippers, not cheap, loose ones. They close tightly, tear smoothly, and won't open even if you try to pull them open by hand after sealing. This is especially suitable for long-distance transport in high-temperature, high-humidity containers; if the zipper leaks, the preservation process is completely ruined. Some customers also request an tamper-evident heat-sealed edge above the zipper. The zipper must be torn open initially, and then repeatedly sealed with the zipper afterward. This prevents tampering and ensures a secure seal, making exports particularly stable.
